Click "Computer Resources" on the right side under Learning Links
Click "Getting Started" under WebCT Resources
Near the bottom of the next page, click "Give your browser a tune-up" under More
Orientation Resources
Follow the instructions on this page to check your browser. Make sure you check everything
it tells you to check.
The WebCT version we use is CE4.0

Is your Pop-up Blocker preventing your WebCT from working
properly?
Due to the large number of students having trouble with WebCT this semester, I
decided that we may need more help for our students online. Pop-up killers are becoming a major student support
problem this semester. If you know of any more pop-up applications that I have not listed on the page that I just created,
please let me know about them, so I can add them.
TIP: Be certain you are entering your User Id
number given you at the beginning of the semester and remember that your password is your Social Security Number.
TIP: Be certain you have installed all new Windows updates.
Not keeping your Windows updated may result in WebCT not performing properly!
If you have tried all the above trouble shooting and you are still having
problems, you need to contact the WVU-P WebCT Administrator, Mrs. Theresa Cross, for further assistance.
